- Digo día de Street Workout completo porque hago dinámicos estáticos y luego ejercicios básicos para fortalecer. Hay que tener una base para poder cargar con toda la tensión estática que hacemos a ejecutar las técnicas estáticas y también dinámicas. Los dinámicos también es importante fortalecer para tener una mejor experiencia en los entrenamientos. Los dinámicos y los básicos no se llevan muy bien pero siempre hay que fortalecer para evitar lesiones graves en los errores que suelen pasar durante la práctica. Siempre hago estáticos y dinámicos, combinó los estáticos con los dinámicos para ganar resistencia y dominio. Es chévere entrenar completo pero lleva horas de entrenamiento, mucha concentración y enfoque. #SWC #HIVE #VamosPorMas
- I say full Street Workout day because I do static dynamics and then basic exercises to strengthen. You have to have a base to be able to load with all the static tension that we do to execute the static and also dynamic techniques. The dynamics is also important to strengthen to have a better experience in training. The dynamics and the basics do not get along very well but it is always necessary to strengthen to avoid serious injuries in the mistakes that usually happen during practice. I always do static and dynamic, I combine static with dynamic to gain strength and mastery. It's great to train fully but it takes hours of training, a lot of concentration and focus. #SWC #HIVE #VamosPorMas
