I lost more than 6 kg during these 30 days of fasting and now I will hit the gym after 7 days. So in the beginning, I will take foods in moderation and then slowly I will increase my calorie intake.
This way I will reach up to 2700 calories per day which are not easy and takes more than one month to set. And then we can track the gains. Currently, getting strength is a basic requirement.
