Hive Music Festival semana 56 - ronda 2 || "Imaginar" Caramelos de cianuro cover [Esp-Eng]N]

Para mi participación de esta semana les traigo un cover de una de las agrupaciones más emblemáticas del rock Venezolano, los populares Caramelos de cianuro, con una canción de su álbum "Harakiri City" que a pesar de no ser su álbum más famoso es uno de mis favoritos, quizá porque su sonido no es tan "pop", pero bueno cada quien con sus gustos, de hecho me parece genial que aunque la banda logró hacerse realmente famosa, este disco no es tan conocido lo que le sigue dando cierta atmósfera "underground". Aquí intento mantenerme bastante apegado a la línea del tema original, aunque bajando la afinación medio tono (Re# ó Mib) y tratando de suprimir un poco la nasalidad en el canto para no sonar como que estoy imitando la voz de Asier Cazalis, sino dándole una expresión propia buscando una posición de laringe baja que dé un matiz a mi voz más rico en frecuencias graves. Aún estoy aprendiendo a controlar mi laringe pero espero que el resultado sea notorio en próximas publicaciones ¡espero que les guste el vídeo!

For my participation this week I bring you a cover of one of the most emblematic groups of Venezuelan rock, the popular Caramelos de cyanuro, with a song from their album "Harakiri City" that despite not being their most famous album is one of my favorites, maybe because their sound is not so "pop", but hey, each to their own tastes, in fact I think it's great that although the band managed to become really famous, this album is not so well known, which still gives it a certain atmosphere " underground". Here I try to stay quite attached to the line of the original song, although lowering the tuning half a step (D# or Eb) and trying to suppress a little nasality in the singing so as not to sound like I am imitating Asier Cazalis's voice, but rather giving it an expression of my own, seeking a low larynx position that gives my voice a richer nuance in low frequencies. I'm still learning to control my larynx but I hope the result will be noticeable in future posts. I hope you like the video!
