Hola a toda la comunidad de hive y Motherhood, el día de hoy quiero compartirles un poco sobre mi historia con el Síndrome de Ovarios Poliquísticos y la infertilidad desde que supe de su existencia a la edad de 15 años. Para ese entonces ni pensaba en tener hijos, la verdad estaba bastante enfocada en mis estudios, sin embargo, me impactó un poco como el doctor nos dio la noticia pues creo que siendo tan pequeña no sabemos como manejar estas situaciones, en ese momento no conocía la diferencia entre ser infértil y ser estéril. La finalidad de esta publicación es poder dar un aliento a todas aquellas chicas que se encuentran en este proceso de tener un bebe, quizás exista alguna que se pueda identificar conmigo y puedan obtener de mi esa esperanza de que si se puede, y muchas veces el bloqueo esta es en nuestra mente.

At that time I didn't even think about having children, the truth is I was quite focused on my studies, however, I was a little shocked when the doctor gave us the news because I think that being so small we don't know how to handle these situations, at that time I didn't know the difference between being infertile and being sterile.
