Como desarmar Alcatal 1 [Eng/Esp]

Hola amigos hive ¿cómo están? Yo Espero que estén muy bien, todos estén disfrutando cada uno de su terminación de vacaciones. Yo por mi parte tuve unas grandes vacaciones, me fui de viaje en mi casa, tengo mi casa propia y muchas cosas buenas que han venido a mi vida gracias a Dios.

Es acerca de él desensamble de un equipo Alcatel. Este equipo es muy común aquí en Venezuela, el modelo es el Alcatel 1 y este equipo por lo económico que es y las bondades que ofrece es muy accesible para muchos de los vivientes aquí en Venezuela. Próximamente nuevo cuesta $40 y es relativamente accesible.

En mi caso a mi taller llegó un teléfono el cual tenía que revisarlo porque no da imagen la pantalla y además no funciona el táctil, tenía que saber si estaba aprendiendo y todo esto, entonces comencé con el trabajo de reparación, pero primero tenía que desarmarlo y es lo que es traigo a continuación.

Para desarmarlo lo único que necesito es un destornillador de estría número 5 alguna pinzas, alguna paleta y cosas importantes para hacerlo.

Proceso

Process

1- Lo primero es que con mucho cuidado tenemos que ir desarmando la tapa trasera y sacando la batería, Tenemos que sacarle el chip y además tenemos que quitarle la tarjeta de memoria, esto es para que el teléfono quede sin accesorios y quedará libre para comenzar a quitarle los tornillos.

1- The first thing is that very carefully we have to disassemble the back cover and remove the battery, we have to remove the chip and we also have to remove the memory card, this is so that the phone is without accessories and will be free to begin to remove the screws.

2- Luego porque ya tenemos que ir avanzando, debemos quitar cada tornillo que se encuentra en la carcasa, la parte trasera del equipo poco a poco moverlos y levantarlos y así poder levantar esta tapa trasera muy libremente para que nuestra placa interna Inclusive la placa de carga y toda la parte interna del equipo eléctrica quede descubierta.

2- Then because we already have to move forward, we must remove each screw that is in the housing, the back of the equipment gradually move them and lift them and thus be able to lift this back cover very freely so that our internal plate including the charging plate and all the internal part of the electrical equipment is uncovered.

3- Después de esto con mucho cuidado tenemos que quitar los siguientes Flex:

• Flex de cámaras, Flex de botón de encendido, los Flex de la batería, y todos lo demás para que nuestra placa principal quede totalmente descubierta y poder levantarla.

4- Después de esto tenemos que quitar un cable que se llama cable coaxial. Este es el que lleva la señal de la placa superior hasta la placa de carga para que nuestra placa quede totalmente cubierta y libre para desarmar el equipo, esto definitivamente deja nuestro teléfono desensamblado.

Es muy importante que para hacer esta reparación nuestra mano estén limpias, lo hagamos en una superficie bastante limpia, y además hacerlo con mucha paciencia, si lo hacemos estresado podríamos dañar el equipo Más allá de lo que está dañado, Así que esto ahí que hacerlo con sumo cuidado.
