Yesterday I started training at home, doing a routine of about an hour of basic pushing, in the afternoon I started watching freestyle videos and I felt motivated and I got ready to go to the stadium to do free, I wanted to recover my double 360 and 360 to 540, which came out half way because I hit the floor but you can feel the improvement!
