Saludos, mis amigos de #HIVE y a la comunidad de Street Workout community, espero se encuentren súper bien, en esta nueva oportunidad me encontré con mi amigo @johnlinares, y les compartiremos, una rutina para fortalecer y obtener mucha más fuerza en nuestras escápulas.

Esta rutina las realizamos en el parque "Base Aragua", ya que era más cómodo para lograr entrenar y realizar toda la rutina, esta rutina tiene 8 ejercicios, los cuales 6 trabajamos en el suelo y 2 en las paralelas, son ejercicios específicos para trabajar nuestros músculos escapulares.
This routine we performed in the park "Base Aragua", as it was more comfortable to achieve train and perform the entire routine, this routine has 8 exercises, which 6 work on the ground and 2 in parallel, are specific exercises to work our scapular muscles.
En lo personal me costó un poco lograr terminar, puesto que es, es un poco larga, pero bastante efectiva, he sentido mucha mejoría, y he logrado obtener conocimiento para activar la zona escapular.
Personally it took me a little to finish, since it is a little long, but quite effective, I have felt much improvement, and I have managed to gain knowledge to activate the scapular area.
