    Un saludo amoroso para todos mis amigos de Hive, me da mucho gusto estar junto a ustedes una vez más en esta grandiosa comunidad deportiva. El día de hoy les voy a compartir una rutina sencilla pero poderosa, consta de tres ejercicios que intervienen en algunos músculos del brazo y otros del abdomen. No es compleja así que es ideal para quienes estamos empezando a trabajar estos grupos musculares.

    Me gusta mucho este tipo de ejercicios, ya que son movimientos o posturas que normalmente no hacemos en nuestro día a día y aun si tienen todo que ver con grupos musculares que si lo hacen. Por lo que siento que me activo muscularmente en movimientos inesperados para mi cuerpo y esto es una clave importante para ir madurando la movilidad de nuestro cuerpo.

    Espero disfruten de esta rutina que he grabado desde casa con mucho cariños para ustedes. Como siempre es importante calentar antes de entrenar y realizar estiramientos al cuando la rutina culmine. En el video podrán ver los detalles sobre las repeticiones y las series. Igual si ya dominas estos ejercicios te recomiendo hacerlos hasta que estés cerca del fallo muscular.

    Effective abdominal and arm workout (Spanish/English)

    A loving greeting to all my friends of Hive, it gives me great pleasure to be with you once again in this great sports community. Today I'm going to share with you a simple but powerful routine, it consists of three exercises that involve some arm muscles and some abdominal muscles. It is not complex so it is ideal for those of us who are just starting to work these muscle groups.

    I really like this type of exercises, since they are movements or postures that we normally do not do in our day to day and even if they have everything to do with muscle groups that do. So I feel that I activate my muscles in unexpected movements for my body and this is an important key to mature the mobility of our body.

    I hope you enjoy this routine that I have recorded from home with much love for you. As always it is important to warm up before training and stretch when the routine ends. In the video you can see the details about the repetitions and sets. Anyway, if you already master these exercises I recommend you to do them until you are close to muscle failure.
