My Wednesday Walk (Special Edition from Madrid) 🥰)

I don't know what the most wonderful thing about this walk is; whether to breathe European air for the first time, or perhaps leave for later a very important break from our long trip that took us straight to a recording without having slept... Or perhaps the magic of going for a walk without having even a lick of internet access, since obviously I don't have the telephone service in this beautiful city. I think everything came together to make my first day in Madrid an unforgettable experience...

No sé qué es lo más maravilloso de este paseo; si respirar aires europeos por primera vez, o quizás dejar para luego un descanso muy importante de nuestro largo viaje que nos llevó directo a una grabación sin haber dormido... O quizás la magia de salir a caminar sin tener ni una gota de acceso a internet, ya que evidentemente no tengo la telefonía de esta hermosa ciudad. Creo que todo se junto para hacer de mi primer día en Madrid una experiencia inolvidable...

I was one step away from arriving at the hotel and jumping into bed, but our friend, a former member of the choir, was waiting for us outside the hotel, and he hadn't heard from us since we had internet at the airport. How were we going to leave him with the desire? So after a shower and change of clothes we pretended as if we had slept on the plane all night and went to see part of Madrid.

Estuve a un paso de llegar al hotel y lanzarme a la cama, pero nuestro amigo, ex-integrante de la coral nos esperaba en las afueras del hotel, y no sabía nada de nosotros desde que tuvimos internet en el aeropuerto. Cómo íbamos a dejarlo con los ganas? Así que luego de una ducha y cambio de ropa hicimos de cuenta como si hubiéramos dormido en el avión toda la noche y nos fuimos a conocer parte de Madrid.

We only walked two squares and the surrounding areas, but it was enough to have such a good time that the night took over. A little more and we would have spent 48 hours without sleeping, but we were careful because we need our voices to do what we live to do. The most important characteristic of this walk is our smiles, in fact I think I have not stopped smiling since I arrived, the expectations I had about the city were exceeded 1000% towards the positive.

Solo caminamos dos plazas y sus al rededores, pero fue suficiente para pasarla tan bien que nos agarró la noche, un poco más y habría pasado 48 horas sin dormir, pero tuvimos prudencia porque necesitamos nuestras voces para hacer lo que vivimos a hacer. La característica más importante de este paseo son nuestras sonrisas, de hecho creo que no he dejado de sonreír desde que llegué, las espectativas que tenía sobre la ciudad fueron superadas 1000% hacia lo positivo.

Not only did we have the guide of our friend, we were also accompanied by @kimberlycmq and @karlaquinviolin and I was able to record images of the work we did at the National Radio of Madrid and on our long walk. I rarely go for a walk with so many people and that made my moment much more special.

No solo contamos con la guía de nuestro amigo, también nos acompañaron @kimberlycmq y @karlaquinviolin y pude grabar imágenes del trabajo que hicimos en la Radio Nacional de Madrid y en nuestro largo paseo. Pocas veces salgo a caminar con tantas personas y eso hizo mi momento mucho más especial.

If I went on a walk like this in Caracas or Maracay, after a sleepless night, believe me the migraine would be fierce 😅 in fact, many of my headaches are emotional, so I can't be very happy or very unhappy because 💥 🤯 but Madrid has sheltered me with beautiful music, breezesvery fresh, a great variety of vegetation and architectural wonders that have kept me entertained from the first moment I landed here.

Si me lanzo una caminata como esta en Caracas o Maracay, después de una noche sin dormir, créanme que la migraña sería feroz 😅 de hecho, muchos de mis dolores de cabeza son emocionales, así que no puedo ser muy feliz o muy infeliz porque 💥🤯 pero Madrid me ha acobijado con música hermosa, brisas muy frescas, una gran variedad de vegetación y maravillas arquitectónicas que me han tenido entretenido desde el primer momento en que aterricé aquí.

I am an early riser, you will rarely see me awake at night, and even less far from my bed, but this time was the exception, plus I needed to endure a little to adapt to the time change, and in fact, all of our concerts in Spain starting this Wednesday they will be in the nights, so I'll be a vampire for the next few weeks 😅

Soy un hombre madrugador, raras veces me verán despierto en las noches, y menos lejos de mi cama, pero está vez fue la excepción, además de que necesitaba aguantar un poco para adaptarme al cambio de horario, y de hecho, todos nuestros conciertos en España a partir de este miércoles serán en las noches, así que seré un vampiro por las siguientes semanas 😅

In addition to the Plaza Mayor we went to the Plaza del Sol and took a photo with the popular statue "Bear and the Strawberry Tree", a very characteristic work of art in the city of Madrid.

Además de la Plaza Mayor nos acercamos hasta la Plaza del Sol y nos tomamos una foto con la popular estatua "Oso y el Madroño", una obra de arte muy característica de la ciudad de Madrid.

This walk was very magical for me for all the reasons that I have described, in fact for a few moments I forgot that I was traveling with the choir and that we live to make music, I was only focused on being happy with Jhoxiris and I didn't even feel the step Of the hours. The feeling makes me very happy and I keep in my mind all these memories that I will treasure forever, for now we have only sung on the radio but we will have our first concert with an audience this Wednesday at the Congress Palace of the City of Badajoz, so I will take advantage of the fewhours left in Madrid for now, since our official concert in this city will be at the end of our tour, after touring all of Spain... I say goodbye with this beautiful view of the Plaza Mayor at night ♥️

Este paseo fue muy mágico para mí por todos los motivos que les he descrito, de hecho por unos instantes olvidé que viajaba junto a la coral y que vivimos a hacer música, solo estaba enfocado en ser feliz junto a Jhoxiris y ni se sintió el paso de las horas. Me hace muy feliz el sentimiento y guardo en mi mente todos estos recuerdos que atesoraré por siempre, de momento solo hemos cantado en la radio pero ya tendremos nuestro primer concierto con público este miércoles en el Palacio de Congresos de la Ciudad de Badajoz, así que aprovecharé las pocas horas que quedan en Madrid de momento, ya que nuestro concierto oficial en esta ciudad será al final de nuestra gira, luego de recorrer toda España... Me despido con esta hermosa vista de la Plaza Mayor en la noche ♥️
