    Hola c贸mo est谩n mis queridos amigos de HIVE y SWC, en el post de hoy vengo a traerles una rutina de empuje que estara compuesta por tan solo 5 ejercicios.
    Hello how are my dear friends from HIVE and SWC, in today's post I come to bring you a push routine that will be made up of only 5 exercises.

    Que nos va ayudar mucho a trabajar nuestro pectorales y as铆 tener un buen desarrollo en ello y a parte lo estaremos trabajando muy bien.

    Flexiones Cerradas En Paralelas. 10 Reps/2 a 4 Series.
    Closed Parallel Push-ups. 10 Reps/2 to 4 Sets.

    Bueno amigos este fue el post del d铆a, espero que les haya gustado much铆simo.
    Well friends this was the post of the day, I hope you liked it a lot.

    Como pudieron ver fueron solamente 5 ejercicios que nos va ayudar aumentar nuestra fuerza y resistencia de empuje y marca nuestro pectoral y tr铆ceps.
    As you could see, there were only 5 exercises that will help us increase our strength and resistance to push and mark our pectoral and triceps muscles.

    Cabe destacar que cada vez que realizamos un ejercicio de cualquier tipo siempre hay que calentar muy bien para no sentir ninguna molestia ya sea en las articulaciones o muscular.
    It should be noted that every time we do an exercise of any kind, we always have to warm up very well so as not to feel any discomfort either in the joints or in the muscles.
