This "Holy of Holies" song is really spiritually deep! When I first heard the lyrics, they touched my soul. The mention of entering "the Holy of Holies through the blood of the Lamb" really struck a chord with me. It's meaningful imagery!

In customs the "Holy of Holies" represented the sacred space within the temple reserved exclusively for the High Priests annual entry.So these lyrics use it as a metaphor to represent the highest level of spiritual encounter with God Himself.

And the part about "the blood of the Lamb" refers to Jesus' sacrifice which opened the way for ordinary humans like us to come near God's holy presence. So the whole song is pointing us to the ultimate worship experience!

As I meditated on this profound message, I awoke to the deep, deep level of what the lyrics are trying to convey. To "enter the Holy of Holies" spiritually means you have connected with the Almighty at the highest sacred realm.

This is what the chorus "I enter to worship You only" reveals, that the only thing on one's mind is to honor and adore God who the song celebrates as the "Holy, Holy Lord."

The prayer for "the weight of God's glory to cover us" shows the hunger to experience the full manifestation of God's divine majesty during the worship session.

And when the song prays for "the life of God's river to flow, and the truth of His Kingdom to reign in us", it's clearly demanding total surrender and openness to the outpouring of God's Spirit and reign!

This kind of deep spiritual hunger and revelation is what the song has stirred in my soul. As I sang it for the AfriTunes show, my heart was fully engaged with the profound level of worship that the lyrics preach. The vision is this: For God's glory to be manifested and exalted! Even if through just the instrument of my humble voice, may souls still enter into the realms of the Holy of Holies for true worship. That is the prayer this song has put in my spirit!
