The WHO has defined health to be

a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity.

We must therefore consider sexual health to be a state of complete physical mental and social well-being and not the absence of disease or infirmity alone.

We know that sexual health comprises of both of physical mental and social aspect of a person.

It takes a healthy individual to also be sexually healthy.
