Hive Meetup Argentina: Un sueño hecho realidad [ESP-ENG]

Esfuerzo, constancia y perseverancia, tres claves fundamentales para lograr lo que nos proponemos, sin lugar a duda es así, prueba de ello es la consolidación de un sueño de muchos hivers en Argentina, el #hivemeetupargentina, un sueño hecho realidad.

Effort, perseverance and perseverance, three fundamental keys to achieve what we propose, without a doubt this is the case, proof of this is the consolidation of a dream of many hivers in Argentina, the #hivemeetupargentina, a dream come true.

Hace cuatro días inicié mi relato de la experiencia vivida como parte del Equipo organizador del Primer #hivemeetupargentina, una experiencia inolvidable, agotadora y estresante, pero igualmente gratificante y cuya felicidad y satisfacción es imposible describirla, ya que sería injustamente descrita por lo que esto significa para mí.

Ver crecer y fortalecerse cada idea, cada propuesta y más aún cuando se logra el apoyo de ese sueño, fue realmente maravilloso para todos nosotros.

Hace unos días antes de que se realizara el #hivemeetup, recuerdo entre sonrisas una conversación que sosteníamos parte del equipo organizador que nos encontrábamos trabajando hasta muy tarde para poder cumplir con lo planificado. Entre el agotamiento y la felicidad recordábamos que muchos hivers nos habían preguntado, ¿Quiénes nos apoyaban para hacer el evento? ¿Hay que pagar algo?, interrogantes totalmente lógicas ante el reto que nos habíamos propuesto y que no se había logrado consolidar aca en Argentina antes.

Pero lo logramos, fue un gran trabajo y que solo se pudo materializar porque todos trabajamos para ello.

Four days ago I started my story of the experience lived as part of the organizing team of the First #hivemeetupargentina, an unforgettable, exhausting and stressful experience, but equally rewarding and whose happiness and satisfaction is impossible to describe, since it would be unfairly described by what this means to me.

Seeing each idea grow and become stronger, each proposal and even more so when the support of that dream is achieved, was truly wonderful for all of us.

A few days ago before the #hivemeetup took place, I remember between smiles a conversation that we had as part of the organizing team that we were working until very late to be able to comply with what was planned. Between exhaustion and happiness we remembered that many hivers had asked us, who supported us to make the event? Do you have to pay something? Totally logical questions in the face of the challenge that we had set for ourselves and that had not been consolidated here in Argentina before.

But we did it, it was a great job and it could only materialize because everyone worked for it.

El Programa del Evento fue diseñado basado en los objetivos propuesto, cuya premisa fue poder desarrollar ponencias relacionadas con los temas neurálgicos de la Blockchain, las criptomonedas y la Web 3.0.

Todo esto se cumplió a cabalidad, los asistentes y aquellos que se conectaron en vivo por Instagram, disfrutaron de 7 ponencias, desarrolladas en forma magistral por hivers que compartieron sus experiencias de forma sencilla y didáctica, logrando esclarecer muchas inquietudes de los presentes.

Asi mismo, se realizó una ronda de preguntas una vez finalizada las cuatro ponencias de los hivers argentinos que estuvieron presencialmente en el evento: @jlufer, @belug, @pablo1601 y @hosgug.

The Event Program was designed based on the proposed objectives, whose premise was to be able to develop presentations related to the neuralgic issues of Blockchain, cryptocurrencies and Web 3.0.

All this was fully accomplished, the attendees and those who connected live on Instagram, enjoyed 7 presentations, masterfully developed by hivers who shared their experiences in a simple and didactic way, managing to clarify many concerns of those present.

Likewise, a round of questions was held after the four presentations by the Argentine hivers who were in person at the event: @jlufer, @belug, @pablo1601 and @hosgug.

@jlufer no compartió sus experiencias en la blockchain, luego de mas de 6 años en ella, sirviendo de orientación y guía a muchos usuarios que llegaron al evento con la firme convicción de ingresar a la plataforma, con su ponencia titulada La Blockchain antes y después, experiencias aprendidas¨.

Por su parte @belug, nos presentó: "Posicionamiento y permanencia del usuario en la Blockchain", donde explicó a los usuarios la importancia de la Blockchain, como establecernos y crecer en ella, entre otros aspectos.

Seguidamente, @pablo1601 nos trajo un tema muy importante y que hoy mas que nunca tiene el interés de muchos hivers: "La Web 3.0 diferencias con la Web 2.0, ventajas" donde con un lenguaje sencillo y fácil de entender nos compartió en 15 minutos información clave para diferencias e identificar las ventajas y las diferencias de la Web 3.0 y la Web 2.0.

Y por último, @hosgug complementando la información compartida por los ponentes que le precedieron, cerro este primer ciclo de ponencia con el tema; " Votos y Recompensas" donde abordó puntos claves y controversiales como la delegación de HP a las comunidades, el voto automático, cambio y valor del token y los diferentes tokens que podemos encontrar en las distintas interfases, entre otros.

@jlufer did not share his experiences in the blockchain, after more than 6 years in it, serving as an orientation and guide to many users who came to the event with the firm conviction of entering the platform, with his presentation entitled The Blockchain before and then, experiences learned¨.

For his part @belug, presented us: "Positioning and permanence of the user in the Blockchain", where he explained to users the importance of the Blockchain, how to establish ourselves and grow in it, among other aspects.

Next, @pablo1601 brought us a very important topic and that today more than ever has the interest of many hivers: "Web 3.0 differences with Web 2.0, advantages" where with a simple and easy to understand language he shared with us in 15 minutes key information for differences and identify the advantages and differences of Web 3.0 and Web 2.0.

And finally, @hosgug, complementing the information shared by the speakers who preceded him, closed this first cycle of talks with the topic; "Votes and Rewards" where he addressed key and controversial points such as the delegation of HP to the communities, the automatic vote, exchange and value of the token and the different tokens that we can find in the different interfaces, among others.

Resultó realmente interesante la interacción de los ponentes con los asistentes quienes realizaron varias preguntas relacionadas con la Blockchain, las criptomonedas y las Web 3.0 y Web 2.0.

The interaction of the speakers with the attendees who asked several questions related to Blockchain, cryptocurrencies and Web 3.0 and Web 2.0 was really interesting.

En la segunda parte de las ponencias correspondientes a los oradores internacionales, se hizo contacto en vivo con @fermionico (Venezuela) y @eddiespino (México).

@fermionico nos compartió información relacionada con la "Gestión de Comunidades" abarcando en forma transversal aspectos claves relacionados con el tema, una afirmación que particularmente capturó mi atención fue: "Un creador de comunidades no es una cosa diferente a un servidor", algo que estoy totalmente de acuerdo en todos los sentidos.

Por su parte @eddiespino, abarco con su ponencia el tema de ¨SPK Network y Bitcoin Lightning Network¨ compartiendo información importante relacionada con los avances, ventajas y beneficios que podría brindar SPK Network a la blockchain en relación al almacenamiento de los videos.

Finalmente, se procedió a la reproducción del video de @ilazramusic, para completar el ciclo de ponencias pautadas para el evento, donde el tema a tratar fue "3Speack y EspaVolg".

In the second part of the presentations corresponding to the international speakers, live contact was made with @fermionico (Venezuela) and @eddiespino (Mexico).

@fermionico shared with us information related to "Community Management" transversally covering key aspects related to the topic, a statement that particularly caught my attention was: "A community creator is not a different thing from a server", something I totally agree with in every way.

For his part, @eddiespino, with his presentation, covered the subject of ¨SPK Network and Bitcoin Lightning Network¨ sharing important information related to the advances, advantages and benefits that SPK Network could offer to the blockchain in relation to the storage of videos.

Finally, the video of @ilazramusic was played, to complete the cycle of presentations scheduled for the event, where the topic to be discussed was "3Speack and EspaVolg".

Luego del ciclo de ponencias se realizó el break, donde los asistentes compartieron un rato ameno y agradable, disfrutando de unas "facturas" ( Dulces) y tequeños Venezolanos, acompañadas de refrescos.

After the cycle of presentations, the break was held, where the attendees shared a pleasant and pleasant time, enjoying some "invoices" (sweets) and Venezuelan tequeños, accompanied by soft drinks.

Seguidamente se realizaron los sorteos de los 5 premios de equipos y herramientas tecnológicas muy útiles para los hivers.

Además, como lo indique en mi primera publicación, cada hivers que asistió se le obsequió una bolsa ecológica con el logo de #hive, una libreta con el estampado en la portada del diseño realizado por mi persona, alusivo a el Primer #hivemeetupargentina, un sticker, un bolígrafo timbrado con "Hive Argentina 01/10/2022" y un llavero.

The raffles for the 5 prizes of very useful technological equipment and tools for hivers were then held.

In addition, as I indicated in my first publication, each hiver who attended was given an ecological bag with the #hive logo, a notebook with the print on the cover of the design made by me, alluding to the First #hivemeetupargentina, a sticker, a pen stamped with "Hive Argentina 01/10/2022" and a keychain.

Para finalizar, una vez culminado todo lo establecido en el Programa del Evento, disfrutamos de las fotos y dejamos capturado para la historia ese hermoso momento donde nos reunimos pro primera vez en Buenos Aires los hivers que vivimos en este hermoso país.
