This time I share with you my recipe for a traditional Venezuelan quesillo decorated with Dulce de Leche, which I made as a gift for my grandson's birthday.
For my grandson's birthday, I resorted to one of my oldest recipes from my mother's book, our traditional Quesillo Venezolano, but due to the occasion I decided to decorate it with Dulce de Leche to incorporate that brightness required for a celebration.

In relation to the preparation of the quesillo, as an additional and perhaps well-known piece of information, I incorporated a liqueur that gives it a delicate, almost imperceptible flavor but which, in turn, delights the palate.
Finally, for decoration, for the use of Dulce de Leche, great care must be taken with the consistency that is achieved when preparing it.
Additionally for decoration we can incorporate pearls, chocolates, chocolates, among others.
