Hello friends of Hive, here I share with you a sketch we recorded for a pillow commercial.

Al ser parte del grupo de “Teatro Bordes” nos llegó una propuesta para participar en video de comedía de una empresa de la ciudad, y aunque era más una colaboración pues no recibimos pago por ello, decidimos sacar el tiempo para reunirnos en horas de la mañana con quienes querían llevar a cabo el Sketch y lo grabarlo.

Being part of the group "Teatro Bordes" we received a proposal to participate in a comedy video of a company in the city, and although it was more of a collaboration because we did not receive payment for it, we decided to take the time to meet in the morning with those who wanted to carry out the sketch and record it.

La idea estaba divertida, sin embargo, notamos que no había elaborado un guion, por lo que tomó un poco más de tiempo, planificar lo que se iba a decir, las ubicaciones en las que se grabaría, los planos, todo ello hizo que se prolongara un poco, aun así, los actores fuimos capaces de entender la idea y llevarla a cabo.

The idea was fun, however, we noticed that he had not developed a script, so it took a little more time, planning what was going to be said, the locations where it would be filmed, the shots, all this made it take a little longer, even so, the actors were able to understand the idea and carry it out.

Al principio yo estaba un poco tenso, pero después de la primera escena que involucraba risas me relajé un poco y eso me ayudó a mostrarme más natural en la actuación, creo que cada uno de los actores se metió bien en el papel que le correspondía.

At the beginning I was a little tense, but after the first scene that involved laughter I relaxed a little and that helped me to be more natural in the performance, I think that each of the actors got into the role that corresponded to them.

Yo me divertí bastante, y no estaba seguro del resultado, pero al ver el video terminado, me he sentido a gusto con mi desempeño, por supuesto soy observador, y veo muchas cosas que mejorar. Sin embargo, a los realizadores les gustó bastante lo que logramos actoralmente en ese momento.

I had a lot of fun, and I wasn't sure of the result, but seeing the finished video, I felt comfortable with my performance, of course I'm observant, and I see a lot of things to improve. However, the filmmakers liked quite a lot what we achieved acting-wise at the time.

Me gustaría seguir incursionando en este tipo de contenido y mejorar mis capacidades actorales no solo para un público en teatro, sino también para poder llevar a cabo videos como esté. Espero se hayan divertido con el video.

I would like to continue to dabble in this type of content and improve my acting skills not only for a theater audience, but also to be able to perform videos like this one. I hope you had fun with the video.
