    Hola que tal mi gente de #hive y #swc espero se encuentren muy bien. En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes lo que fue la parte final del entrenamiento de ayer viernes. Luego de nuestra rutina habitual, decidimos realizar un pequeño trabajo de basicos utilizando la metodología "EMOM Metabolico" para reforzar y además de eso acondicionar nuestros musculos. Ambos teniamos teimpo sin realizar este tipo de trabajos intensos, aún así, la metodologia que hemos estado aplicando estos ultimos 3 meses nos a ayudado a subir nuestro nivel de fuerza y resistencia. Debido a ello decidimos realizar 12 minutos, solo que grabamos 6 de ellos para que no se hiciera demaciado largo el video. Estuve con mi compañero de equipo @classicthenix quien ha estado entrenando junto a mi desde hace un tiempo, y quien ha progresado muy rapido con esa metodologia. Sin mas que agregar, vamos con el contenido.

After our usual routine, we decided to do a little basic work using the "EMOM Metabolic" methodology to strengthen and, in addition to that, condition our muscles. We both had time without doing this type of intense work, even so, the methodology that we have been applying these last 3 months has helped us to increase our level of strength and resistance. Because of this we decided to make 12 minutes, only we recorded 6 of them so that the video would not be too long.     Every Minute on a Minute (EMOM)


    Este tipo de entrenamiento consiste en realizar un número determinado de repeticiones o tantas como se pueda dentro de un minuto. El tiempo que resta hasta llegar al minuto se utiliza como descanso antes de empezar el siguiente minuto de nuevo.


    This type of training consists of performing a certain number of repetitions or as many as possible within a minute. The time remaining to the minute is used as a break before starting the next minute again.

    Sin más que agregar, espero les haya gustado el post y el tutorial también. Queda de más recordar que antes de cada entrenamiento es imprescindible realizar un calentamiento de unos 20 minutos como mínimo, ya que así rendiremos aún más en cada entrenamiento. Nos vemos en un próximo post.
