This challenge was not easy at all, it was quite rigorous. I had not trained the lower body for a long time so my legs got tired very quickly, but I still moved forward and continued with the challenge. Many times I thought about cutting the video and giving up but my mind wouldn't allow it, my legs couldn't hold it anymore but my mind wanted to overcome this challenge.
