In this video, I demonstrate the Alkaline body pH level test - In less than 2 minutes.

Here are the simple steps explained in English:-

1. Buy PH 1-14 indicator strip packet from chemist's shop

2. You can also buy this strip packet online portals like amazon etc..

3. As soon as you wake up in the morning, touch a strip with your tongue

4. You will notice that the color of the strip will change

5. Match the color with the guide provided in the stripped packet

6. If the color of the strip matches 0 - 6 different colors, then the pH level of your body is acidic.

7. If the color of the strip matches between 7 - 14 different colors, then the PH level of your body is Alkaline.

8. The PH level alkaline of the body is very beneficial because it protects us from life-threatening diseases like cancer etc.
