It all starts with the planning and invitation to the Hivers of Monagas by @yelimarin; all, well almost all of us thought it was a very good idea and the day of departure we met early to start this adventure.
We took the longest way to get to our destination because a colleague could not get transportation and the bus driver thought it was good to go looking for it knowing that it would take us half an hour 🕒 on the way. Between chats, laughter and music the trip was short.
Arriving at the guacharo cave we are already in the natural monument Alejandron de Humboldt located within the national park El Guacharo, we stretched our legs walking around and enjoyed the good weather it has. At this point there are 2 tourist attractions, the first is the tour inside the cave guided by the people of Inparques and this has a depth of approximately 1,200 meters, well that's the tour that is allowed to do; the second is the Paila jump which we plan to go, right there where the parking lot is you can easily see the entrance to the path of the Paila, we can only go in the company of a guide who are very gentle and will explain some history of the national park.This trail has an approximate length of 1.2km, so it is approximately 2.4km round trip. Hola mi querido y gentil lector! En esta oportunidad le quiero mostrar como fue el recorrido que hicimos un pequeño grupo de Hivers Monagenses para el parque nacional El Guacharo. Todo comienza con la planificación he invitación para los Hivers de monagas por parte de @yelimarin; todos, bueno a casi todos nos pareció muy buena idea y el día de la salida nos reunimos bien temprano para dar inicio a esta aventura.
Tomamos la vía más larga para llegar a nuestro destino ya que un compañero no logró conseguir transporte y al conductor del autobús le pareció bien en pasar buscándolo sabiendo todos que nos demoraría media hora 🕒 en el trayecto. Entre charlas, risas y música el viaje se nos hizo corto.
Al llegar a la cueva del guacharo ya estamos en el Monumento natural Alejandron de Humboldt ubicado dentro del parque nacional El Guacharo, hicimos un estiramiento de piernas caminando por sus alrededores y disfrutamos del buen clima que tiene. En este punto existen 2 atractivos turísticos, el primero es el recorrido por dentro de la cueva el guiado por la gente de Inparques y esta tiene una profundidad de aproximadamente 1.200 metros bueno ese el recorrido que esta permitido hacer; el segundo es el salto la Paila al cuál planificamos para ir, allí mismo donde esta el estacionamiento se puede ver fácilmente la entrada al sendero de la Paila, solo podemos ir en compañia de un guía que son muy gentiles y te van explicando algo de historia del parque nacional. Este sendero tiene una longitud aproximada de 1.2km osea que ida y vuelta son 2.4km aproximadamente. Espero les guste el recorrido y ya saben nos vemos en la próxima.
