¡Hola! Gente de @Hive y @Fulldeportes, espero que la estén pasando bien en este mes de fiestas, yo soy @frankrey11 y hoy les voy a hablar sobre cual es mi técnica de patada favorita, la Back kick o Tui Chagui por su nombre en coreano. Este post está escrito en español y traducido al inglés para la comodidad de todos los lectores.

En las artes marciales y deportes del combate hay una gran variedad de patadas pero la mejor técnica de patada es aquella que pueda ser utilizada para atacar tanto como para defenderse, una patada que pueda tomar por sorpresa al oponente, que sea contundente para sembrar el miedo en el contrincante, una buena patada es aquella que solo lastima a la persona que la recibe y esto lo digo porque con las patadas circulares también absorbe parte del impacto la persona que patea pero la back kick es una patada con la que me siento más seguro al momento de la pelea.

A demás de eso la Back kick es una patada que aunque sea relativamente fácil de esquivar ya que va recta hacía atrás y que solo tienes que moverte de forma lateral para que pase de largo, es una patada difícil de predecir porque generalmente se usa para contratar y es allí cuando es más efectiva porque entonces a la fuerza con la que va la patada también se le suma la fuerza con la que se acerca el oponente a nosotros y aunque trate de bloquearla el resultado sería devastador.
