    SWC en la rutina de hoy vengo a traerles 5 ejercicios para que si eres un atleta principiante puedas aumentar tu fuerza fácilmente.

    Explicacion.
    • Esta fue la rutina de hoy, esta conformada por 5 ejercicios bàsicos, entre ellas 2 son de hale y 3 son de empuje.
    • Como puedes ver en el video hago algunas variaciones como en las * pull ups * donde la realizo con menos recorrido son para esas personas que aun no pueden realizar el rrecorido completo en la dominada.

    • Si los ejercicios te cuestan realizarlos puedes pedirle ayuda a un compañero o bajarle el nivel de dificultad.


    Estos son los ejercicios

    • Dominadas Pull Ups

    3 Reps + 5 seg + 3 Reps a medio recorrido.

    • Flexiones + Flexiones diamantes con rodilla

    8 Reps + 5 Reps

    • Dominadas Shin Ups

    3 Reps + Descenso en negativa (Lento) <x2)

    • Fondos en barra

    10 Reps

    • Triceps en banca

    30 Reps

    Explanation.
    • This was today's routine, it is made up of 5 basic exercises, among them 2 are hale and 3 are push ups.

    • As you can see in the video I make some variations as in the * pull ups * where I perform it with less travel are for those people who still can not perform the full run in the pull up.




    • If the exercises are difficult to perform, you can ask a partner for help or lower the level of difficulty.
