El novio pollero (Ensayo) | Esp-Eng

A veces la vida nos cambia el ritmo, aunque no lo deseemos, en esos casos no queda más que adaptarnos a esos compases de espera para luego proseguir renovados. El ánimo no puede decaer, la energía debe mantenerse a tope y para esto basta con agradecer el estar vivos. Hace una semana les compartía una de las piezas del ensayo del Ensamble Tramao y les comentaba lo feliz que me hacía poder reunirme con ellos después de mucho tiempo y tener una presentación en marcha...pero no pudimos llevarla a cabo.

Sometimes life changes our rhythm, even if we don't want it to, and in those cases we just have to adapt to these waiting periods and then go on renewed. Our spirits can't drop, our energy must be kept at full strength and for this we just have to be grateful to be alive. A week ago I shared with you one of the rehearsal pieces of the Tramao Ensemble and I told you how happy I was to be able to meet with them after a long time and to have a presentation in progress... but we were not able to carry it out.

Dos de los tres cantantes caímos en manos de un fuerte resfriado y nos fue imposible recuperar la buena salud para poder presentarnos. En retrospectiva, esto me hace pensar en lo valioso que es disfrutar de cada momento que vivimos, pues no sabemos cuándo volverá a repetirse. Me alegra haber podido documentar nuestros ensayos, que con todos los detalles que pueden presentarse en un ensayo son una muestra de lo que amamos hacer, de las piezas que habíamos preparado para esta presentación.

Two of us three singers came down with a bad cold and it was impossible for us to get back to good health to be able to perform. In retrospect, this makes me think how valuable it is to enjoy every moment we experience, because we don't know when it will come around again. I am glad we were able to document our rehearsals, which with all the details that can be present in a rehearsal are a sample of what we love to do, of the pieces we had prepared for this performance.

Sé que tendremos más oportunidades para reunirnos, tenemos algunos planes musicales y Dios mediante irán viento en popa. La canción que hoy comparto se llama El novio pollero, es un merengue venezolano bien divertido, al menos a mí me gusta mucho lo que me hace sentir al momento de interpretarlo, una parte lúdica se despierta en mi ser, esa parte juguetona del canto y de las melodías divertidas, fue una canción que propuse que incluyeramos en el repertorio, pues quería probar con una canción más movida y divertida, me gusta el resultado que vamos obteniendo.

Espero que a ustedes les agrade, seguiré compartiendo otros videos de estos ensayos que me alegra haber documentado, y aunque no pudimos llegar a la meta, sé que todos los integrantes de la agrupación Ensable Tramao fuimos capaces de disfrutar durante el proceso y eso es lo más importante, disfrutar lo que hace, abrazar esos momentos musicales especiales que podemos compartir.

I know that we will have more opportunities to meet, we have some musical plans and God willing they will go smoothly. The song that I share today is called El novio pollero, it is a very funny Venezuelan merengue, at least I really like what it makes me feel when I interpret it, a playful part that awakens, that playful part of singing and fun melodies, it was a song that I proposed to include in the repertoire, because I wanted to try with a more lively and fun song, I like the result that we are getting.

I hope you like it, I will continue to share some other videos of these rehearsals that I am glad to have documented, although we could not reach the goal, I know that all the members of the group Ensamble Tramao were able to enjoy during the process and that is the most important thing, enjoy what you do, embrace those special musical moments that we can share.
