En Cumaná via hacia mariguitar hay playas extremadamente bellas, dónde pasar momentos agradables junto a familiares y amigos, vengo a mostrarle un poco lo que sería Playa Guaracayal. Fuí al evento del Hive festival music Cumaná, pero el material que tomé de allí se lo dí a una amiga que cantó incluso ese día, como comentario la pasé increíble y les recomiendo acudir los eventos que salga, en mi experiencia a los que he ido son muy buenos. Llevaba con tiempo haciendo un post de mi lugar de trabajo que si es disfrutable siendo el trabajo, seguro para otra persona como lugar turístico podría gustar.

In Cumaná via mariguitar there are extremely beautiful beaches, where to spend pleasant moments with family and friends, I come to show you a little of what would be Playa Guaracayal. I have been making a post about my work place for a long time, if it is enjoyable being the work, surely for someone else as a tourist place could like it.

Hola gente linda de la comunidad de HIVE SUCRE por acá @eudarcabello y para mi primer post fuera de la presentación, quise traer algo aprovechando mi nuevo trabajo con el fin de promover el turismo y acuicultura en la playa Guaracayal, servirá para que observen un poco de lo que es mi jornada de trabajo usual, estos paisajes y aguas super lindas y refrescante para disfrutar.

Hello beautiful people of the HIVE SUCRE community here @eudarcabello and for my first post outside the presentation, I wanted to bring something taking advantage of my new job in order to promote tourism and aquaculture in Guaracayal beach, will serve to observe a little of what is my usual workday, these landscapes and super nice and refreshing waters to enjoy.

Esta es mi tercera semana que inicie a trabajar en la Fundación para la Investigación y Desarrollo de la Acuicultura en el Estado Sucre, mejor conocido como FIDAES, su oficina sede es en la urbanización Villa Venezia, esta fundación depende de la gobernación y yo ya era parte del personal de gobernación y se me asignó está institución para ejercer como biólogo. Para el trabajo práctico se realiza es en la playa de Guaracayal, antes de llegar a playa La bruja, todas estas especificaciones la dió un habitante de la comunidad que es otro compañero de trabajo y especialista de la zona, junto con su familia se han dedicado su vida a la pesca. Desde la primera semana tocó ir a la Estación Fragata, esta edificación se encuentra en obra gris, por lo que solemos acudir a la familia del compañero que allí habita para realizar gran parte del trabajo.

This is my third week that I started working at the Foundation for Research and Development of Aquaculture in the State of Sucre, better known as FIDAES, its headquarters office is in the Villa Venezia urbanization, this foundation depends on the government and I was already part of the government staff and I was assigned to this institution to work as a biologist. The practical work is done on the beach of Guaracayal, before reaching La Bruja beach, all these specifications were given by an inhabitant of the community who is another co-worker and specialist in the area, along with his family who have dedicated their lives to fishing. From the first week it was time to go to the Fragata Station, this building is in gray work, so we usually go to the family of the colleague who lives there to do much of the work.

Realmente no me imaginaba ni esperaba terminar relacionado con la biología marina, solo ví una electiva, siempre mi enfoque fué en las plantas, quedé gratamente sorprendido de todo lo que aprendo y me gusta, los compañeros también son geniales y todos me ha tratado de maravilla. Se tiene cultivo de mejillones en Long line y aros, aprendí desde la elaboración de ristras, forraje con malla de los flotadores y para el anclaje de los sistemas la elaboración de muerto, esto es con piedras y mezcla con cemento, a parte del cultivo de mejillones hay dos jaulas para peces donde se tienen pequeños cardumenes de anchoas, corocoro, ojito gordo y el pez insignia de FIDAES y hasta está en nuestro logo, se trata de la paguara.

I really did not imagine or expect to end up related to marine biology, I only saw an elective, my focus was always on plants, I was pleasantly surprised by all that I learn and I like, colleagues are also great and everyone has treated me wonderfully. We have mussels cultivation in long line and rings, I learned from the development of strings, forage with mesh floats and anchoring systems for the development of dead, this is with stones and mixed with cement, apart from the cultivation of mussels there are two cages for fish where they have small shoals of anchovies, corocoro, big eye and the flagship fish of FIDAES and is even in our logo, it is the paguara.

Bueno muchísimo de mis vivencias en estas primeras semanas de trabajo, me gustaría decir que las aguas son super refrescantes, lindos paisajes para disfrutes, fotografías y videos, también cuenta con bodegón, restaurant y otros pequeños comercios para acudir y así satisfacer los antojos que puedan tener una vez acá. En cuanto a FIDAES hay una unidad productiva, se trata de una colaboración que dieron los empleados del entonces para la compra de las semillas de los mejillones, se tratan de larvas de estos moluscos, para la Acuicultura se tratan como plantas, pero es obvio que los mejillones son animales invertebrados, yo no había iniciado para esta siembra de mejillones, lo que si es por mi participación que intento dar buenas primeras impresiones dicen mis compañeros que compartirán parte de su cosecha correspondiente, aún no se de cuánto se trate, lo que si es que mi parte podría ofrecer como método de pago hbd o hive y así unirme a ese movimiento de esta comunidad e invito a los que están fuerte impulsando este método de pago a llegar a la localidad a ver si adoptan está forma de pago, por lo que veo no están tan cotidianamente usando la internet, pero seguro tienen visión y se interesen.

Well a lot of my experiences in these first weeks of work, I would like to say that the waters are super refreshing, beautiful scenery to enjoy, photographs and videos, also has a grocery store, restaurant and other small stores to go and satisfy the cravings that may have once here. As for FIDAES there is a productive unit, it is a collaboration that gave the employees of the then for the purchase of the seeds of mussels, they are larvae of these mollusks, for aquaculture are treated as plants, but it is obvious that the mussels are invertebrate animals, I had not started for this planting of mussels, what if it is for my participation that I try to give good first impressions say my colleagues who will share part of their corresponding harvest, I still do not know how much is involved, what I do know is that my part could offer as a method of payment hbd or hive and thus join the movement of this community and I invite those who are strongly promoting this method of payment to come to the locality to see if they adopt this form of payment, as far as I see they are not so daily using the internet, but surely they have vision and are interested.

Recomiendo sin duda alguna esta playa para su disfrute, el pueblo es acogedor y seguro disfrutaras de todo lo que te ofrece esta localidad, la fauna súper variada, logré grabar así no se vea muy bien el acercamiento de delfines, que dicen los de la localidad que esto sucede muy a menudo. También si desean información referente a la biología marina o la Acuicultura te acercas la estación que cuenta con excelentes profesionales y expertos en el área y yo también cada vez más integrado. Espero disfrutarán mi post, tanto como yo al hacerlo, invitarlos nuevamente a visitar la localidad y también visitar mis futuros post, capaz de algún evento Hive que realicen y acuda o puede ser visitando la estación de Guacarapo, esto es en araya tengo entendido, dónde se planea trabajar con macroalgas.

I recommend without a doubt this beach for your enjoyment, the people are cozy and sure you will enjoy everything that this town offers you, the fauna super varied, I managed to record even if you do not see very well the approach of dolphins, which the locals say that this happens very often. Also if you want information regarding marine biology or aquaculture you approach the station that has excellent professionals and experts in the area and I also more and more integrated.
