Feliz día a toda la comunidad de full deporté y de hive en general, esperando se encuentren bien y en perfecta salud, el día de hoy les queremos hablar un poco sobre lo que fue nuestra participación en el torneo semana santa futbolera 2023 el cual se realizó en abril del 4 al 6, este pequeño torneo se suele hacer más que todo de manera recreativa y unión familiar, ya que el lugar donde se realiza es un Balneario, queda en un pueblo cerca de Cumana, se llama “Cumanacoa”, está aproximadamente a 30 min de nuestra ciudad, es un lugar muy bonito y lleno de naturaleza, fue una experiencia inolvidable, porque aparte de disfrutar de nuestros niños jugando lo que más les gusta que es el futbol nos permitió compartir, bañarnos en el río, disfrutar de un fin de semana distinto a lo cotidiano.

Fue un torneo de dos días, supercorto un cuadrangular, inscribieron 4 equipos, Ramos Sucre, El dique, Atlético Camino y Nueva Cádiz, los dos que ganaban el primer día pasaban a la final el segundo día, en este caso a nosotros Atlético Camino nos tocó el primer día que fue el 5 de abril contra Ramos Sucre, ganamos 3 a 1, el segundo día nos tocó la final contra el Dique. Para este torneo se unieron las categorías Sub 8 y Sub 9 (2016-2015) conformando una sola categoría, la mayoría que asistió en nuestro equipo eran niños 2015, solo fueron 3 2016, que son los que normalmente ya juegan con ellos reforzando dicha categoría.

For this tournament the U8 and U9 categories (2016-2015) were united forming a single category, most of the players who attended our team were children 2015, there were only 3 2016, which are those who normally already play with them reinforcing that category.

Empezamos la final en armonía, todo estaba muy bien hasta que los representantes del equipo rival (el dique) empezaron a buscar problemas insultando al árbitro y los profesores de Atlético Camino, fue un momento bastante incómodo, pues hasta tuvieron que parar el partido por 10 minutos tratando de calmar un poco la situación. Se logró calmar las malas vibras y se pudo continuar con la final, en el segundo tiempo logramos empatar el juego, 1 a 1, lastimosamente no pudimos hacer otro y nos tuvimos que ir a penales, los cual nos favoreció, pues nuestro portero es realmente una estrella, Pedro Cardozo, les ganamos en los penales 3 a 0. Fue una emoción muy grande, ya que nuestros niños tenían aproximadamente 1 año sin ganar ningún torneo, siempre nos eliminaban en la semifinal o final, de verdad que fue una experiencia muy gratificante, logramos quedar campeones y nos disfrutamos cada minuto.
