El otro día, Buhito y yo salimos de compras y nos cruzamos con una tienda de sombreros la cual llamo la atención de Buhito y sin pensarlo nos dirigimos de inmediato hacia allí. Bueno, en realidad Buhito se puso un poco insistente porque quería ir y como yo no me puedo negar a sus peticiones accedí rápido.

The other day, Buhito and I were out shopping and we came across a hat store which caught Buhito's attention and without thinking we immediately headed there. Well, actually Buhito was a bit insistent because he wanted to go and since I can't refuse his requests I agreed quickly.

Pero después de unas largas horas buscando y probando distintos sombreros, se decidió por un modelo sencillo de color blanco decorado con flores a su alrededor, ¿Cómo creen que le queda? Estuvo jugando con él probando distintas formas de lucirlo sobre su linda cabecita emplumada porque creo que ya se creyó la idea de ser todo un divo. En fin, dejémoslo disfrutar su nueva prenda.

But after a few long hours searching and trying on different hats, he decided on a simple white model decorated with flowers around it, How do you think it looks on him? He was playing with it trying different ways to wear it on his pretty little feathered head because I think he already bought into the idea of being a real divo. Anyway, let's let him enjoy his new garment.

Por otro lado, les quiero contar que el día que me dispuse a hacer este sombrero era un día lluvioso que no me permitió salir a vender mis paletas de chocolate, así que para aprovechar el día procedí a grabar el paso a paso de este origami muy sencillo y divertido. Hice el blanco más grande con un decorado de flores y dos más pequeños jugando un poco con los colores. Los iba a hacer de un mismo color, pero luego pensé y me dio curiosidad de ver como quedaría una parte de un color y la otra de uno distinto y me gusto el resultado. ¡El día no fue del todo perdido!

On the other hand, I want to tell you that the day I set out to make this hat was a rainy day that did not allow me to go out to sell my chocolate popsicles, so to take advantage of the day I proceeded to record the step by step of this very simple and fun origami. I made the larger white one with a flower decoration and two smaller ones playing a bit with the colors. I was going to make them in the same color, but then I thought and got curious to see how it would be one part of one color and the other of a different one and I liked the result.
