Hey everyone! Today's training was a bit different from my usual routine. My trainer suggested that I work on my legs, so we incorporated some legwork into my workout. At first, it felt pretty easy, but as I got into it, I quickly realized it was tougher than I thought. My body is aching all over as I write this post, but I know it's for the greater good.
