Hive Open Mic Week 87!” Different Thoughts” 🤠

The first moment I heard of this topic and saw the green theme photo, I fell inlove with them immediately. I’d like to say congrats to .... on this topic, this is so “him”, one of the most gorgeous old souls on Hive that I have met.
His thoughts, his care, his beautiful music, his conversations.. show he is a special human being. And by choosing this topic, I believe that he gonna get many of us to join.

For such a wide topic, I can’t imagine how many things we can talk about or how many ideas we can come up with.
This is wide but it made me think of “Love” right away.
So I decided to make it a bit more specific “Different thoughts in love”.

This song Stand By Me 👫 is one of my most favorite songs to perform live. On the stage I’m very rock’n’ roll with it. But here I’d love to make it more chill and gentle.

My message from playing this song is:

In love, there are so many thoughts about what a beautiful love looks like, different thoughts about how people want their love and life partner to be...
There are different standards, there are different ideas, different stories, different problems as well. But most of all, there are different experiences and that’s exactly what makes LOVE beautiful and special.
For me, no matter what people say and no matter how much of standards that I have, the older I get, the more I want to have someone to just Stand-by-me!
It is so easy to find fun from a night out, easy to find a random person to share things with when we’re having good time, but to have someone to go through good and bad times together, a committed listener, a commited partner who stays with us and never wants to leave... that’s not easy at all.

However, this makes that person more special when they show up in our lives!
In my thoughts, that’s the one that’s worth keeping, loving and for us to share our lives with!**
