Era la madrugada del martes 02 de agosto de 2022, donde decido levantarme temprano para ir a pescar un amanecer.

Eran las 5:30 a.m. y salgo de mi casa que se encuentra ubicado entre las esquinas de Cuartel Viejo – Altagracia, urbanización El Silencio de Caracas.

Me dirijo con mi bolsa bachaquera, una chaqueta, ya que hacía frío en ese momento y mi celular Redmi 8, hacia el centro de Caracas, pasando por la Plaza del Banco Central de Venezuela, avenida Urdaneta, bajo en dirección por la Plaza Bolívar y doblo hacia la izquierda y me dirijo recto hacia la Plaza El Venezolano.

Luego cruzo la avenida Universidad, pasando por la antigua Torre Unión, hoy en día (Ministerio de Educación Superior), hasta llegar a la avenida Bolívar de Caracas, en pleno centro de la capital venezolana.

Entonces, me paro en frente de la escultura del llamado Bolívar Civil, donde se observa toda la avenida Bolívar de Caracas, en una mañana agradable y muy fresca, donde uno puede contemplar ese bello paisaje, los jardines que están en alrededor, las camionetas saliendo y el transitar de la gente dirigiéndose a sus lugares de trabajo, era una mañana muy nublado esperando a que saliera el sol.

Pasaba el tiempo, y paso a paso se iba aclarando la mañana en medio de una nubosidad que no cedía; pero al fondo en dirección hacia las Torres de Parque Central con vista al este de la capital se observaba un pequeño reflejo de la salida del sol.

Ya se veía aclarado, la zona de San Agustín del sur, pero en dirección al centro y al Ávila, estaba nublado, donde el sol hacía su mayor esfuerzo para salir, pero la inmensa niebla impedía el avistamiento del astro Rey y aun así esperaba ansioso ese amanecer capitalino que les quería mostrar a toda la comunidad de Hive.

PALABRAS DE REFLEXIÓN E INSPIRACIÓN

Desde la avenida Bolívar de Caracas, nos da la opción de un nuevo amanecer capitalino donde el sol hace su salida triunfante desde este rincón de Caracas.

Comienza un nuevo día, una nueva semana lleno de energía donde la aurora nos da la bienvenida para empezar de nuevo con fe y esperanza de que esta semana sea positiva y logremos alcanzar el éxito deseado.

En esta fresca mañana del centro de Caracas los invito a que nos levantemos y reflexionemos y hagamos las cosas que hay que hacer y las que dejamos de hacer.

ESCULTURA DEL BOLÍVAR CIVIL

Es una escultura que ha sido develada en el año de 1988, formando parte del Paseo o Parque José María Vargas; un espacio público que se encuentra ubicado en el centro de Caracas, el cual tiene un recorrido de 1,5 kilómetros en línea recta, que fue ingeniado para unir el paso peatonal comenzando desde el parque El Calvario al centro-oeste con el parque Los Caobos al centro-este de la ciudad, transitando por las plazas O’Leary, Caracas, Diego Ibarra y Museos. El cual fue un proyecto ideado para honrar a los héroes civiles.

Este monumento se ha vuelto un icono urbano de nuestra capital, pues domina la avenida Bolívar del centro de Caracas con una imagen poco común de nuestro Libertador, una que lo enfoca no como militar, sino civil, sin portar armas, ni caballo, sino que su mirada está en dirección hacia el frente.

REFERENCIA HISTÓRICA DE LA AVENIDA BOLÍVAR DE CARACAS

La avenida Bolívar de Caracas, es una de las más importantes arterias viales ubicadas en la gran Caracas, específicamente en el centro de nuestra ciudad capital, que se encuentra al norte de América del sur. Su obra se inició el 25 de julio de 1945, durante el gobierno del General Isaías Medina Angarita, el cual fue inaugurado el 31 de diciembre de 1949, por una Junta de Gobierno militar presidido por el Teniente Coronel Carlos Delgado Chalbaud, en su primera etapa, el cual medía alrededor de 1600 metros de longitud, de los cuales 400 metros eran de recorrido subterráneo.

La avenida Bolívar se conecta con la avenida Libertador y con la avenida Lecuna; también atraviesa el famoso Nuevo Circo, antiguo terminal de pasajeros. En sus adyacencias, podemos encontrar el Museo de los Niños, el Teatro Teresa Carreño, el Hotel Alba Caracas (Antiguo Hotel Caracas Hilton), la Galería de Arte Nacional, el complejo urbanístico Parque Central (Donde están las torres más altas de Venezuela), el sector El Conde, el mercado de la Hoyada, la urbanización Bellas Artes (Donde queda ubicado el Museo de Ciencias Naturales), el Palacio de Justicia y su plaza y detrás las famosas Torres de El Silencio, así como otras edificaciones consideradas importantes.

Para el año 1986, la avenida Bolívar fue provista de semáforos para dar el paso peatonal, ya que esa obra era considerada como una vía expresa.

It was the early morning of Tuesday, August 02, 2022, where I decide to get up early to go fishing for a sunrise.

It was 5:30 a.m. and I leave my house located between the corners of Cuartel Viejo - Altagracia, urbanization El Silencio in Caracas.

I head with my bachaquera bag, a jacket, since it was cold at that time and my Redmi 8 cell phone, towards downtown Caracas, passing through the Plaza del Banco Central de Venezuela, Urdaneta Avenue, down towards Plaza Bolivar and turn left and head straight towards Plaza El Venezolano.

Then I cross Universidad Avenue, passing by the old Torre Union, nowadays (Ministry of Higher Education), until I reach Bolivar Avenue in Caracas, in the heart of the Venezuelan capital.

Then, I stand in front of the sculpture of the so-called Civil Bolivar, where you can see the entire Bolivar Avenue of Caracas, in a nice and very cool morning, where one can contemplate that beautiful landscape, the gardens that are around, the trucks leaving and the movement of people going to their workplaces, it was a very cloudy morning waiting for the sun to come out.

Time went by, and step by step the morning was getting clearer in the midst of a cloudiness that did not let up; but in the background towards the Central Park Towers with a view to the east of the capital there was a small reflection of the sunrise.

It was already clear, the area of San Agustin in the south, but towards the center and Avila, it was cloudy, where the sun was making its best effort to come out, but the huge fog prevented the sighting of the sun King and still anxiously awaited that dawn in the capital that I wanted to show to the entire community of Hive.

WORDS OF REFLECTION AND INSPIRATION

From Bolivar Avenue in Caracas, we have the option of a new dawn in the capital where the sun rises triumphantly from this corner of Caracas.

A new day begins, a new week full of energy where the dawn welcomes us to start again with faith and hope that this week will be positive and we will achieve the desired success.

On this cool morning in downtown Caracas I invite you to get up and reflect and do the things that need to be done and the things we have left undone.

SCULPTURE OF THE CIVILIAN BOLIVAR

It is a sculpture that has been unveiled in 1988, forming part of the Paseo or Park José María Vargas; a public space that is located in the center of Caracas, which has a route of 1.5 kilometers in a straight line, which was designed to unite the pedestrian walkway starting from El Calvario Park in the center-west with Los Caobos Park in the center-east of the city, passing through the O'Leary, Caracas, Diego Ibarra and Museums squares. It was a project conceived to honor civilian heroes.

This monument has become an urban icon of our capital, as it dominates Bolivar Avenue in downtown Caracas with an unusual image of our Liberator, one that focuses on him not as a military man, but as a civilian, without carrying weapons or a horse, but his gaze is facing forward.

HISTORICAL REFERENCE OF THE BOLIVAR AVENUE OF CARACAS

Bolivar Avenue of Caracas, is one of the most important road arteries located in the great Caracas, specifically in the center of our capital city, which is located in the north of South America. Its work began on July 25, 1945, during the government of General Isaías Medina Angarita, which was inaugurated on December 31, 1949, by a military government junta presided by Lieutenant Colonel Carlos Delgado Chalbaud, in its first stage, which measured about 1600 meters in length, of which 400 meters were subway.

Bolivar Avenue connects with Libertador Avenue and Lecuna Avenue; it also crosses the famous Nuevo Circo, the old passenger terminal. In 1986, Bolivar Avenue was provided with traffic lights to allow pedestrians to cross the road, since this work was considered an expressway.
