    Since I started my profession as a cook, one of the branches of cooking that I have learned to appreciate very much is the bakery. I adore kneading and creating breads of various types, it is an activity that relaxes me a lot. It all started when my cooking teacher insisted that I enroll in a Bakery Diploma and I must say that it has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. At first I didn't get that much. From the kneading, I learned that the masses feel and perceive your state of mind and whether the preparation is successful or not depends on it, as well as the temperature and a good oven of course. At that time I was very angry with the whole situation, I am still angry from time to time but in most cases I have managed to control my state of mind, and that anger and stress that I had prevented me from moving forward in the bakery until I got it. They explained and I had to take a deep breath, talk to the dough and let off steam, and so my loaves began to rise. Now every time I do some preparation, I hear it speak to it and treat it with love and emotion for creating something new, my preparations are like children to me, they make me feel proud of my progress as a human being.

    Desde que comencé mi profesión de cocinera, una de las ramas de la cocina que aprendí a apreciar mucho es la panadería. Adoro amasar y crear panes dee diversos tipos, es una actividad que me relaja mucho.
    Todo comenzó cuando mi maestri de cocina me insistió en que me inscribiera en un Diplomado de panadería y debo decir que ha sido una de las mejores decisiones que he tomado en mi vida.
    Al principio no me salía mucho eso. Del amasado pero aprendí que las masas sienten y perciben tu estado de ánimo y de ello depende que la preparación sea exitosa o no además de la temperatura y un bue horno claro está.
    En ese tiempo estaba muy enojada con toda la situación, aun sigo enojada de vez en cuando pero ya logro dominar en la mayoria de los casos, mi estado de ánimo, y esa rabia y stress que tenía me impedía avanzar en panadería hasta que me lo explicaron y tuve que respirar profundo, hablar con la masa y desahogar.e y así mis panes empezaron a levantar.
    Ahora cada vez que hago alguna preparación, syelo hablarle y tratarla con amor y emoción por crear algo nuevo, mis preparaciones son como hijos para mi, me hacen sentir orgullosa de mi avance como ser humano.
