¡Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive! espero se encuentren muy bien, hoy les traigo un nuevo dueto para mi blog en #Hive lleno de mucha musicalidad antigua del siglo 18, se trata de una Gavota que era un ritmo que se usaba mucho en los bailes antiguos, dicha pieza la tomé del libro "Iniciación a la flauta dulce" de Judith Akoschky y Mario A. Videla que es otro de mis métodos favoritos para flauta dulce, me gusta mucho como quedó gracias a la combinación de notas en modo menor, silencios y los trinos que trae la primera flauta. Últimamente no he tenido mucho tiempo para subir covers y contenido pero paso a paso voy retomando la actividad musical, espero que les guste.

I hope you are very well, today I bring you a new duet for my blog in #Hive full of a lot of old musicality from the 18th century, it is a Gavotte that was a rhythm that was used a lot in ancient dances, I took this piece from book "Initiation to the recorder" by Judith Akoschky and Mario A. Videla which is another of my favorite methods for the recorder, I really like how it turned out thanks to the combination of notes in a minor mode, silences and the trills that the first one brings flute. Lately I haven't had much time to upload covers and content but step by step I'm resuming my musical activity, I hope you like it.

Ésta pieza está en compás de 4/4 pero empieza un poco en anacrusa debido a que así era el ritmo en esa época además de que tenemos las repeticiones en cada sistema, me gusta mucho la parte B porque la flauta 1 tiene cierto protagonismo mientras la flauta 2 está en algunos silencios esperando para entrar en los momentos adecuados, sin duda una pieza hermosa de éste método que vale la pena estudiar.

This piece is in 4/4 time but it starts a bit in upbeat because that was the rhythm at that time, plus we have repetitions in each system. I really like part B because flute 1 has a certain prominence while the flute 2 is in some silences waiting to enter at the right moments, without a doubt a beautiful piece of this method that is worth studying.
