Casi un mes, sin salir a rodar a buen ritmo en la bicicleta, hacen que uno retroceda y digo, a buen ritmo, porque muchas veces voy a buscar el pan en la bicicleta y obviamente, eso no cuenta. Nuevamente, los amigos Rubén y Óscar, salimos a darle duro y en la vida, todo se paga.

      La noche de anoche, sabiendo que debía levantarme muy temprano (5 am), hizo que me vaya al lecho, muy temprano (10 pm). Pero, evidentemente, los burpees del reto del amigo @albertocoachbl, me están pegando fuerte, porque me quede dormido y es ahí, donde todo se me desconfiguro. Particularmente, necesito, pasar al baño, luego de unos ricos mates, vestirme y preparar todo, con el debido tiempo. Bien, teniendo a Óscar, golpeando la puerta, tuve que salir a las corridas. Obviamente, no es excusa, pero es una atenuante de lo acontecido.

Last night, knowing that I had to get up very early (5 am), made me go to bed very early (10 pm). But, evidently, the burpees of the challenge of my friend @albertocoachbl, are hitting me hard, because I overslept and that's where everything got disconfigured. Particularly, I need to go to the bathroom, after some delicious mates, get dressed and prepare everything, with due time. Well, with Oscar knocking on the door, I had to rush out. Obviously, it is not an excuse, but it is an extenuating circumstance.

      Bien, estando Rubén, siempre hay buen ritmo en el pelotón y allá fuimos, sin miedo al éxito. Hicimos aproximadamente 50 km y me empecé a sentir mal y como viejo ciclista, me conozco y me quede en un parque, porque tenía muchas ganas de vomitar (raro, porque no había desayunado nada), y obviamente, al intentarlo, no salió nada. Luego de varios intento, ya me sentí mejor y emprendimos el regreso, ya rodando suave. Creo que el hecho de no desayunar, fue el causante y sobre todo el ritmo que llevaba. Porque, muchas veces, salí en ayunas y nada paso, pero cuando vas exigido, el cuerpo reacciona de otra manera.

Well, being Ruben, there is always a good pace in the peloton and there we went, without fear of success. We did about 50 km and I started to feel bad and as an old cyclist, I know myself and I stayed in a park, because I really wanted to vomit (strange, because I had not eaten anything for breakfast), and obviously, when I tried, nothing came out. After several attempts, I felt better and we started our way back, riding smoothly. I think that the fact of not having breakfast, was the cause and especially the pace I had. Because, many times, I went out fasting and nothing happened, but when you go demanding, the body reacts differently.

Conclusión:

      Es muy importante cumplir con la palabra, pero estos actos de irresponsabilidad, no debemos realizarlo, ya que puede salir muy caro. Hoy, gracias a dios, no paso nada, pero debemos ser más consciente y actuar en consecuencia. En líneas generales, fue un gran entrenamiento y espero, darle más continuidad, para no sufrir en los entrenamientos y disfrutar, porque de eso se trata.
