Vibes Web3 music competition week 6
I remain @praiselove
I'm here with my entry for week 6.
This week I'll be singing Hallelujah.
I won't fail to appreciate @lordbutterfly for this opportunity to sing along with other members of this community, the entries I've gone through are quite amazing, indeed so many people have the gift of music.
This week, I got inspired to sing the song Hallelujah, it's a song about love. A phenomenon most people confuse lust with
Truth is love is so strong an emotion that it could mend you or tear you apart but lust ,it most definitely rips one off of their self worth.
So many times we think that love is child's play when it obviously is not,we need to tread with caution so we don't get hurt.
People have lost their worth, their money, trust, crown, and even glories because of they have confused these two emotions.
At the end of the day,we should try as much as possible to differentiate lust from love, the both want to look the same but they aren't.
I hope you listen to the song and find a deeper meaning in the lyrics,
Thank you.
I heard there was a secret chord
That David played and it pleased the Lord
But you don't really care for music do you
Well it goes like this:
The fourth, the fifth, the minor fall and the major lift
The baffled king composing Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah...
Well your faith was strong but you needed proof
You saw her bathing on the roof
Her beauty and the moonlight overthrough ya
She tied you to her kitchen chair
She broke your throne and she cut your hair
And from your lips she drew the Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Hallelujah,
Hallelujah, Hallelujah..
Maybe there's a God above
But all I ever learned from love
Was how to shoot at someone who outdrew you
And it's not a cry
You can hear at night
It's not somebody who's seen the light
It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
