Saludos querida familia de Hive Open Mic, en esta semana 173, el tema es bastante hermoso, ya que trata a los RECUERDOS; todos los seres humanos poseemos esta capacidad porque contamos con la memoria. Tenemos el poder de suprimir recuerdos, pero también de archivarlos y revivirlos en nuestra mente, personalmente considero que es algo asombroso, aunque hay muchas personas que no guardan del todo recuerdos buenos y que viven resentidos. He escogido uno de los temas de película que marco mi infancia, y mientras veía la película de Bolt, cuando era niño. Se titula "Ladrando a la luna", aunque yo le colocaría "No hay hogar como tu hogar"; esta canción nos lleva a pensar en nuestra esencia, de donde venimos y a que pertenecemos, puesto que estos factores forman parte de la identidad de cada quien y en muchas etapas de la vida es importante sentarnos y meditar en ello, ya que este mundo puede llevarnos a sentirnos perdidos como le sucedió al perro en la película.

I have chosen one of the movie themes that marked my childhood, and while I was watching Bolt's movie, when he was a child. It is titled "Barking at the moon", although I would put "There is no home like your home"; This song leads us to think about our essence, where we come from and what we belong to, since these factors are part of the identity of each person and in many stages of life it is important to sit down and meditate on it, since this world can take us to feel lost as happened to the dog in the movie.

Estuve ensayando varios días la película, primeramente porque el tema lo canta una mujer y en varias partes me costaba hacer los graves; por otro lado, solamente me sabía el coro, así que tuve que memorizar la letra un poco antes de grabar. Fue muy nutritivo vocalmente poder adentrarme en este tema y adaptarlo. Algo que me fascina de esta composición es el toque country que contiene y que de seguro ha atrapado a más de uno, espero que esta interpretación te permita reflexionar y disfrutar de este tema.

I was rehearsing the film for several days, firstly because the song is sung by a woman and in several parts it was difficult for me to do the bass; on the other hand, I only knew the chorus, so I had to memorize the lyrics a bit before recording. It was very nourishing vocally to be able to delve into this theme and adapt it. Something that fascinates me about this composition is the country touch that it contains and that has surely caught more than one person, I hope that this interpretation allows you to reflect and enjoy this theme.
