El día 5 de Julio, hace ya dos semanas estuvimos en el Club del Bitcoin dando compartiendo en un conversatorio/ponencia sobre nuestro ecosistema, fue un poco complicado conseguir el espacio y de hecho desde que Arlette y Fermiónico estaban por aquí queríamos hacerlo, pero hay muchos proyectos interesados en presentarse ante este público tan ansioso por información.

Una vez organizado todo con los chicos del ClubBTC y llegado el día pautado, estuvimos muy felices de encontrarnos con personitas como Angélica de Polkadot o Cele, de las cryptocuriosas! Entre otras lindas y talentosísimas personas que han manifestado su interés en Hive.

On July 5th, two weeks ago, we were at the Club del Bitcoin to give a talk about our ecosystem, it was a bit complicated to get the space and in fact since Arlette and Fermiónico were here we wanted to do it, but there are many projects interested in presenting themselves to this public so eager for information.

Once everything was organized with the ClubBTC guys and the day arrived, we were very happy to meet people like Angelica from Polkadot or Cele from cryptocuriosas! Among other beautiful and talented people who expressed their interest in Hive.

Junto con @audiarmisg dimos lo mejor de nosotros en el Hotel Santa Cruz, sede del Club, donde un público fiel asiste semanalmente a escuchar lo que los diferentes proyectos tienen para decir...

En nuestro caso, tanto Audi como yo contamos la historia de cómo llegamos a Hive, y de cómo interactuando por medio de aplicaciones descentralizadas llegamos a contactarnos para poner en marcha el proyecto Hive Perú.

Comentamos ampliamente acerca de las potencialidades de Hive como ecosistema, sobre sus aplicaciones de redes sociales Web3, pasando por los videojuegos NFTs como Splinterlands o Rising Star, conversamos sobre la creación de contenido audiovisual en plataformas como 3Speak, el microblogging en redes como D.Buzz y varias cosas más que en momento se me pasan. NFT Showroom es otra gran joya del ecosistema.

La recepción del público fue increíble, pienso que disfrutaron la información y me siento muy contento con nuestra participación.

Cada semana se suman nuevas personas al Club Bitcoin y eso es muy beneficioso para dar a conocer nuestra red, y es que Hive es ua blockchain muy potente y las personas en Perú son muy curiosas y hay especial interés en nuestras tecnologías. Todos los que participamos del Club Bitcoin, como asistentes o como ponentes, pasamos a formar parte de una bonita comunidad donde nos apoyamos unos con otros, y nos intercambiamos información útil y de interés. ... Una persona que asistía por primera vez a este tipo de eventos, se dirigió a nosotros en plena presentación para hacer las preguntas básicas.

¿Qué es Blockchain? ¿Qué es Bitcoin? ¿De qué se trata todo ésto y como funciona?

A lo cual yo me animé a responder, en mis propias palabras, y según como yo lo entiendo.

Eso me hizo reflexionar un poco sobre varias cosas, sobre el público al que nos dirigimos, sobre Marketing en Web3. Luego hablaremos de eso...

Hicimos una dinámica con algunas preguntas y repartimos un poco de merch, brazaletas, stickers y los que prestaron mucha atención y respondieron correctamente las preguntas pudieron llevarse hasta un polo de Hive. Yo los vi asombrados y contentos. Asombrados por el potencial de Hive y contentos con sus obsequios de parte de la DAO.

In our case, both Audi and I told the story of how we came to Hive and how we got in touch through decentralized applications to create the Hive Peru project.

The response from the public was incredible, I think they enjoyed the information and I feel very happy with our participation.

Every week new people join the Bitcoin Club and this is very beneficial to publicize our network and is that Hive is a very powerful blockchain and people in Peru are very curious and there is a special interest in our technologies. All of us who participate in the Bitcoin Club, as participants or speakers, become part of a nice community where we support each other and share useful and interesting information. ... One person, who was attending this type of event for the first time, came up to us in the middle of the presentation to ask the basic questions.

What is blockchain? What is Bitcoin? What is it all about and how does it work?

To which I was encouraged to answer in my own words and the way I understand it.

This made me think about a few things, about the audience we are targeting, about Web3 Marketing. We'll talk about that later...

We did a dynamic with some questions and we gave out some merch, wristbands, stickers and those who paid a lot of attention and answered the questions correctly could even get a Hive polo shirt. I saw them amazed and happy. Amazed by the potential of Hive and happy with their gifts from the DAO.

Amé los brownicitos que ofrecimos como detalle para el momento del networking, y sé de buena fuente que no fuí el único que le gustaron! Los pancitos de atún también fueron los favoritos de muchos.

Una vez ofrecida la información y luego de un feedback previo, al momento del networking se me hace un buen detalle tener algo para picar, y algo para tomar. Así entramos en confianza y entre brownies y pancitos, entre amigos y amigas, entre criptocuriosidad y criptoamistad, van fluyendo conversaciones y relaciones que sólo Dios sabe hasta dónde pueden llevarnos! Pronto les estaré hablando de varios de esos avances, es el trabajo!

La sesión estuvo buenísima, estamos super contentos con los resultados. Seguimos construyendo, seguimos avanzando!

I loved the brownies we offered as a networking gift, and I have it on good authority that I wasn't the only one who liked them! The tuna rolls were also a favorite of many.

Once the information was offered, and after previous feedback, it was a nice touch to have something to eat and drink at the networking time. So we got to know each other and between brownies and muffins, between friends, between cryptocuriosity and cryptofriendship, conversations and relationships that only God knows how far they can take us! I'll be talking about some of this progress soon, it's work!

The meeting was great, we are super happy with the results. We keep building, we keep moving forward!
