    Hola mis queridos Amigos de #Hive y SWC ¿Cómo están el día de hoy? espero que estén súper bien, el día de hoy quiero compartir una rutina muy buena que creé con 4 ejercicios los cuales son muy buenos para marcar rápidamente los oblicuos, cabe recalcar que para obtener buenos resultados debemos tener una dieta balanceada, espero les guste. 😁

    EXPLICACIÓN
    EXPLANATION

    Bueno, para la rutina que realicé hoy domingo decidí entrenar a full los oblicuos ya que es una zona que quiero marcar, para ello decidí crear una rutina con 4 ejercicios muy buenos que trabajan esta zona, en cuanto a las repeticiones y series vamos a estar realizando 20 repeticiones por cada uno de los ejercicios, 3 series y dejaremos tan solo 30 segundos de descanso con la finalidad de hacer la rutina más intensa, la única excepción de esta rutina es el último ejercicio ya que vamos a realizar escaladores de montaña y ya no serían 20 repeticiones sino 30 segundos en total, igualmente 3 series y 30 segundos de descanso.

    ⚠️Recuerden que es de suma importancia estar bien hidratados y calentar bien antes de cada entrenamiento.

    Well, for the routine that I did today Sunday I decided to train the obliques to full since it is an area that I want to mark, for this I decided to create a routine with 4 very good exercises that work this area, in terms of repetitions and series we will be performing 20 repetitions for each of the exercises, 3 series and leave only 30 seconds rest in order to make the routine more intense, the only exception of this routine is the last exercise as we will perform mountain climbers and would no longer be 20 repetitions but 30 seconds in total, also 3 series and 30 seconds rest.

    ⚠️Remember that it is of utmost importance to be well hydrated and warm up before each workout.

    20 Repeticiones (10 de cada lado) | 30 Segundos de descanso | 3 series.

    • Exercise #1: Elbow-knee crunches.

    20 Repetitions (10 each side) | 30 Seconds of rest | 3 sets.
