    [ENGLISH]

Hello dear Hivers ❤ today for the first time I share a video on this platform, it is my first time, but I hope to do it more often. I recorded this video for my dessert venture called Canela Desserts and from which the name of this blog was born: Canela Recetas. In this video I show the color change of a vanilla cake mix to turn it into a RED VELVET❤ cake. Here are some tips:

    • Use powder or gel colorants.
    • Avoid liquid colorants as they tend to damage faster and damage the preparation.
    • Add a very minimal amount and mix, then add a few amounts until the desired color is obtained.
    • For a perfect red velvet, look for deep red or cherry red coloring.
    • Avoid bright reds as they tend to change to orange tones during baking, dark red tones are best.

I hope you like the video, I wanted to learn how to publish videos on this platform and I decided to start with this one that I like a lot, I hope soon to prepare recipes and why not funny videos of another type.
