I have heard people say I can't stay on my own, what should I be doing all alone by myself? You know some people depend so much on the company of others to make them feel alive or happy. They can't think of being alone by themselves for sometime...I bet they feel it is a weird thing to do.

Learning to be comfortable with your own company is one thing that should be embraced. Learning to take time off once in a while and understanding that you don't have to depend on others to make you happy is important. I know some people feel anyone who stay alone is a lonely person or he/she is an introvert or even more depressed... Of course not. Why do you think people go on retreat?
