Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), En esta oportunidad les mostraré un día planificado entre nosotros en el cual hicimos retos de Street Workout, fue muy divertido, lamentablemente no pude participar por un dolor constante en el pecho el cual me estaba preocupando, pero al siguiente día se me pasó. Sin embargo mi anime a grabarlos y compartirlo en la colmena de HIVE, dándoles animo en los retos a todos.

In this opportunity I will show you a day planned between us in which we did Street Workout challenges, it was a lot of fun, unfortunately I could not participate because of a constant pain in my chest which was bothering me, but the next day I got over it. However I was encouraged to record it and share it on the HIVE hive, giving encouragement in the challenges to all of you.

El día de retos consistía en tirarse retos el uno al otro, pero el que reta tiene que hacerlo primero, esa era la dinámica. Los que más participaban eran los más experimentados, como Alvis, Jesus Y Manuel. Alguno de los muchachos que están empezando a practicar este deporte también lo intentaban, sin duda nosotros lo estamos instruyendo para que siga la generación de nosotros siga avanzando, aunque yo no tengo mucho tiempo en esta disciplina, pero estoy al paso de convertirme en atleta profesional.

The day of challenges consisted of throwing challenges to each other, but the one who challenges has to do it first, that was the dynamic. Those who participated the most were the most experienced, like Alvis, Jesus and Manuel. Some of the guys who are starting to practice this sport also tried it, without a doubt we are instructing them so that our generation continues to advance, although I do not have much time in this discipline, but I am on the way to becoming a professional athlete.

Los muchachos estaban muy motivados, tenemos muchos atletas nuevos que rápidamente han conseguido nivel, está clase de eventos planificados por nosotros sin duda les daría mucha motivación y experiencia si sus metas son competir en otros estados.

It should be noted that it is a little uncomfortable to do dynamics in this park, but that's what we have, little by little we are getting used to it. Several colleagues were with me in the park, Manuel Cancine, Jesus Rangel, Alvis, Exis, in which some were employed to make content for HIVE.

Faltaron algunos retos, que dejamos para otro día, hay mucho motivación por parte de los muchachos, espero la próxima poder participar.

We missed some challenges, which we left for another day, there is a lot of motivation from the guys, I hope to be able to participate next time.
