Hola queridas amigas y amigos de Hive, espero que estén teniendo un día muy bello. En esta oportunidad les acerco un video sobre la alimentación saludable, basada en las necesidades del cuerpo y no tanto en las dietas que nos sugieren seguir desde diferentes fuentes, sean los medios de comunicación o las personas que nos rodean.

Algo que no mencioné en el video y que me sorprendió cuando lo leí, es que la carne, al demorar 72 horas en digerirse, entra en un estado de putrefacción en el cuerpo humano, ya que el intestino le brinda “un ambiente muy tropical”, como menciona Sadhguru, que facilita la proliferación de bacterias.

Además, mantener un cuerpo que no tenga que enfocarse permanentemente en el proceso de la digestión, puede utilizar esa energía para fines más sutiles, vinculados con la meditación y con las capacidades que tenemos los seres humanos de ir más allá de lo tangible.

Es un libro bastante interesante y me pareció un lindo aporte a Hive compartir este video, para también agregar un poco de la temática de nutrición y alimentación desde el Yoga y complementar así, las prácticas de esta disciplina y las reflexiones que les voy dejando por aquí.

Hello dear friends of Hive, I hope you are having a beautiful day. This time I bring you a video about healthy eating, based on the needs of the body and not so much in the diets that suggest us to follow from different sources, whether the media or the people around us.

Something that I did not mention in the video and that surprised me when I read it, is that meat, when it takes 72 hours to be digested, enters a state of putrefaction in the human body, since the intestine provides "a very tropical environment", as Sadhguru mentions, which facilitates the proliferation of bacteria.

In addition, maintaining a body that does not have to focus permanently on the process of digestion, can use that energy for more subtle purposes, linked to meditation and to the capacities that we human beings have to go beyond the tangible.

It is a very interesting book and I thought it was a nice contribution to Hive to share this video, to also add a little of the theme of nutrition and food from Yoga and thus complement the practices of this discipline and the reflections that I am leaving here.
