    Saludos a todos los Hivers y a la comunidad de @fulldeportes.

    Hoy les traigo uno de los patrones de movimiento típico de la pesa rusa, levantada turca.

    La levantada turca es un conjunto de patrones diseñados para fortalecer muchas zonas del cuerpo: cintura escapular, zona media y tren inferior.

    De la cintura escapular fortalecemos y mejoramos la estabilidad de las articulaciones sobre todo la del hombro.

    En la zona media la articulación principal es la columna vertebral, con este patrón fortalecemos los paravertebrales, oblicuos, transverso abdominal, recto abdominal y los músculos del piso pélvico.

    Por otro lado mejoramos la estabilidad a nivel de las caderas y el tren inferior.

    En el video describo desde su punto inicio, qué es la posición fetal, todos los movimientos que integran la levantada turca.

    From the shoulder girdle we strengthen and improve the stability of the joints, especially that of the shoulder.

    In the middle zone the main joint is the spine, with this pattern we strengthen the paravertebrals, obliques, transverse abdominis, rectus abdominis and the pelvic floor muscles.

    On the other hand, we improve stability at the hips and lower body.
