I send you warm greetings, and I welcome you to hive open mic week two hundred and two. what a joy to see how far we have come in this weekly celebration of both talent and world peace. Many thanks to the creators and the moderators of the community for their dedication to this ardious task of organising and supervising every thing. They have been doing great work and it can be felt in the smoothness with which everything runs.

Muchas gracias a los creadores y a los moderadores de la comunidad por su dedicación a esta ardua tarea de organizar y supervisar todo. Han hecho un gran trabajo y se nota en la fluidez con la que funciona todo.

This week like always, we have been given an amazing theme which is, CONTANDO UNA HISTORIA, and in English it simply means, Telling a story. In response to this theme of the week, I which to do something different. So instead of singing or just playing a melody version as I usually do, I which to Acompany a very interesting rendition that I came across online. The title of the song is EL SEÑOR ES MI PASTOR, which is Spanish for, the lord is my sherperd. It was presented by a group of nuns known as the hermanaspobres on Instagram.

Esta semana como siempre, nos han dado un tema increíble que es, CONTANDO UNA HISTORIA, y en Inglés simplemente significa, Contar una historia. En respuesta a este tema de la semana, que hacer algo diferente. Así que en lugar de cantar o simplemente jugar una versión de la melodía como suelo hacer, que para Acompany una versión muy interesante que me encontré en línea. El título de la canción es EL SEÑOR ES MI PASTOR. Fue presentada por un grupo de monjas conocidas como las hermanaspobres en Instagram.

Personally, I strongly believe that life is like telling a story. the life we live is a story. The principles we believe in, observe, and the results we get determine whether or not the story we are telling with our lives will serve as a legacy and moral lesson for others or whether it will just serve as a warning to others. The theme of the week, Contando una historian is a clarion call for deep reflection and introspection to ensure that we tell Good and emulatable stories with our life.

As I was still thinking about which song to present for this weeks theme, I came across this song, and I loved the story it tells. It simply tells the story of the promises of Our lord Jesus to his faithful sheep, who hear his word. He promises that they will lack nothing. I wanted to sing it at first but later on, I decided to accompany the original with my electric guitar and my shakers. I hope you enjoy this creativity.

Mientras seguía pensando qué canción presentar para el tema de esta semana, me encontré con esta canción, y me encantó la historia que cuenta. Simplemente cuenta la historia de las promesas de Nuestro Señor Jesús a sus ovejas fieles, que escuchan su palabra. Promete que nada les faltará. Al principio quise cantarla, pero después decidí acompañar el original con mi guitarra eléctrica y mis shakers. Espero que os guste esta creatividad.
