    Compañeros de Street Workout Community, espero se encuentren bien, desde hace días he incursionado como un principiante en este deporte llamado workout, he estado realizando ejercicios para fortalecer el tren inferior de mi cuerpo, ya que he venido observando ejercicios y posiciones muy complejas que ameritan un crecimiento progresivo de la musculatura del tren superior, en este sentido he venido realizando una serie de ejercicios inicialmente con máquinas para empezar a que la musculatura de mi tren superior pueda ganar fuerza, además de combinar ese ejercicio con ejercicios con mi propio peso. Poco a poco les iré mostrando mi avance, espero poder tener la constancia y alimentación adecuada para ir creciendo en este deporte que me ha llamado mucho la atención para mejorar mi aspecto físico y mis condiciones de salud. Me despido de esta forma hasta la próxima oportunidad.

    NOTA: es importante no fatigar la musculatura realizando muchas repeticiones, es aconsejable más series con pocas repeticiones para ir progresivamente ganando fuerza en los músculos y las zonas deseadas.
