Comrades of Street Workout Community, I hope you are well, since a few days ago I have ventured as a beginner in this sport called workout, I have been doing exercises to strengthen the lower part of my body, as I have been observing very complex exercises and positions that require a progressive growth of the upper body muscles, in this sense I have been doing a series of exercises initially with machines to start that the muscles of my upper body can gain strength, in addition to combining this exercise with exercises with my own weight. Little by little I will show you my progress, I hope to have the constancy and proper nutrition to grow in this sport that has caught my attention to improve my physical appearance and my health conditions. I say goodbye in this way until the next opportunity. NOTE: it is important not to fatigue the muscles by performing many repetitions, it is advisable more series with few repetitions to progressively gain strength in the muscles and desired areas.
