Hi everyone #HIVE and members of SWC, welcome to a new post, I'm Milano Alfinger @ashura-sw , on this occasion I bring you a set of 4 exercises for the lower body, in street workouts and calisthenics you are not always used to doing leg routines, not everyone is prepared to do this type of routine, but it is essential to incorporate these exercises in our routines to have better control and performance with our body, so it is important to perform exercises that involve the lower body.
