Tips para girar mejor bailando [ESP-ENG]

Hola chicos feliz miércoles!! Hoy les traigo un nuevo tutorial, esta vez compartiendoles unos pequeños tips para que giren mejor a la hora de bailar.

Les comento sobre la postura, el foco, que es algo importantísimo para girar y no marearnos y para mantener el equilibrio, acompañado de que debemos de apretar el cuerpo, los músculos(abdomen, glúteos y pantorillas) para que los giros salgan bien. Les doy esos tips y les enseño los giros más sencillos tanto de bachata como de salsa. A la medida que practiquen estos tips que los doy y los giros pueden irse atreviendo a hacer dos o más giros o prácticarlos en pareja si tienen el chance, en tutoriales anteriores les he mostrado giros en pareja, los cuales pueden ir a revisar, para que practiquen incorporando esta técnica que les doy.

Hi guys happy wednesday! Today I bring you a new tutorial, this time sharing with you some little tips to turn better when dancing.

I comment on the posture, the focus, which is something very important to turn and not get dizzy and to maintain balance, along with that we must tighten the body, muscles (abdomen, buttocks and calves) for the turns go well.
