Hello guys how are you..I am back with my another video of workout on this platform...So in today's video I had done the workout of shoulder, chest and back with only one machine..
It can be called a Three in One machine..
By this you can develop your Shoulders Chest Back together..
So I will tell you the correct method that how could you do this exercise.
Methods:- 1.Set a weighting plate according to your strength.
2:- Sit properly and set your position.
3:- Hold a machine perfectly & pull back the machine by your hand.
By doing only 3 sets of 15 repetition each will develop your muscles.
