Saludos mi gentes de #fulldeportes por acá les traigo algo nuevo y es sobre mi equipo de fútbol menor, ya antes le he mostrado algo pero está vez quise hacer algo más activo, aprovechando la oportunidad de que hoy tocaba hacerles trabajo físico, cree algo más dinámico en la que mis muchachos se sintieran un poco más animados, ya que cuando se trata de físico ellos bajan los ánimos, pero hoy fue distinto, primero estiraron 5 minutos, luego trotaron 10 minutos para no perder la costumbre y seguido hicimos cardio combinado con trabajo de piernas, abdomen y coordinación. Fue bastante intenso, pero estoy seguro que valió la pena, porque ya estamos cerca de iniciar un torneo local, esto es solo el inicio de grandes cosas que voy a mostrarles en otros contenidos.
Fue un placer traerles este material que se les será de mucha ayuda, hay muchos jóvenes necesitando una formación deportiva, no nos quedemos con lo que sabemos, llevemos la educación a todos los que la necesitan.

It was quite intense, but I'm sure it was worth it, because we are close to start a local tournament, this is just the beginning of great things that I will show you in other contents.
