    No hay límites para ejercitarse, cuando se quiere se puede siempre y cuando haya actitud lo demás va surgiendo.

    Recuerda que Dependera de nosotros los resultados que queremos alcanzar ya que llegarán momentos dónde el factor tiempo y el ritmo de las muchas actividades, nos van intentar desenfocar, pero en ese momento recuerden que empezar de cero es más difícil que mantener la disciplina diaria de nuestros entrenamientos..
    Planificate, organízate, pon las cosas por prioridad y establece metas constantemente.
    Educa tu mente y fortalece tu espíritu en Dios..
