Hola a todos los Guerreros de @fulldeportes, este es el segundo resumen de este Gran Reto de 366 días haciendo 1 Burpee más por cada día que pase sin parar, este Reto sin duda alguna está desarrollando em mi un sentido de Consistencia mucho mayor, para no olvidar que lo importante es mantenerse activo, sobretodo por estos días turbulentos, saliendo del virus respiratorio, con fiebres altisimas, atendiendo a mis niños que se contagiarom y trasnochandome a la vez, sumado a eso problemas en casa, el fallecimiento de mi padre, un día antes del cumpleaños de mi hija, todo un cumulo de emociones fuertes, que me han tenido la cabeza super ajetreada, pero seguimos activos 💪

Hello to all the Warriors of @fulldeportes, this is the second summary of this Great Challenge of 366 days doing 1 more Burpee for each day that passes without stopping, this Challenge without a doubt is developing in me a much greater sense of Consistency, not to forget that the important thing is to stay active, especially for these turbulent days, coming out of the respiratory virus, with high fevers, taking care of my children who got infected and staying up late at night at the same time, added to that problems at home, the death of my father, one day before my daughter's birthday, a whole bunch of strong emotions, which have had my head super busy, but we are still active 💪.

La realidad del inicio de este año me golpeó fuerte y solo me demuestra que debo estar preparado para lo inesperado siempre, mi relación con mi padre era muy distante desde hace muchísimos años, sin embargo en los ultimos meses su estado de salud empeoró poco a poco y se fué de la ciudad a casa de un primo en otro estado, quién lo atendió hasta sus ultimos días, justo el día antes de cumplir los 2 añitos mi princesa, nos cayó la noticia como balde de agua fría, pero en cierto modo creo que descanso, y que según lo que supimos estaba sufriendo mucho dolor e incomodidades debido a la enfermedad que tenía, que hasta el día de hoy ni sabemos que fué, no he reaccionado aún a esto, mientras por otro lado resolviendo temas en casa con el ire acondicionado que se dañó, los medicamentos y ver como llevabamos a los niños al parque para que respiraran aire fresco y fué lo mejor, la pasaron muy bien y luego resolvimos lo del aire, esto es para mi una lección de vida, siempre pueden pasar las cosas que menos imaginas, pero debemos fortalecernos mental y fisicamente si queremos hacerle frente a cualquier situación, que al igual que el reto puede venirse a cuesta un poco más cada día, pero sin duda alguna puede sacar lo mejor o lo peor de nosotros, es mejor la primera opción para hacerles frente claro está, les mando bendiciones a todos y sigamos sumando logros a nuestras vidas 👊 siempre dando lo mejor sin reservas🙏

The reality of the beginning of this year hit me hard and only shows me that I must always be prepared for the unexpected, my relationship with my father was very distant for many years, however in recent months his health condition worsened little by little and he left the city to a cousin's house in another state, who took care of him until his last days, just the day before my princess turned 2 years old, we got the news as a bucket of cold water, but in a way I think that rest, and that according to what we knew he was suffering a lot of pain and discomfort due to the disease he had, which to this day we do not even know what it was, I have not yet reacted to this, while on the other hand solving issues at home with the air conditioner that was damaged, medications and see how we took the children to the park to breathe fresh air and it was the best, they had a great time and then we solved the air, this is for me a life lesson, things can always happen that you least imagine, but we must strengthen ourselves mentally and physically if we want to face any situation, like the challenge can come to cost a little more each day, but certainly can bring out the best or the worst of us, it is better the first option to face them of course, I send blessings to all and continue adding achievements to our lives 👊 always giving the best without reservation🙏
