    En esta ocasión les cuento que este entrenamiento seguimos el protocolo de EMOM donde trabajamos en 1 minuto de tiempo unas repeticiones de un ejercicio o varios, en este caso trabajaremos 4 ejercicios y haremos 5 EMOM por cada ejercicio y en total trabajamos 20 minutos de alta intensidad y el cambio de cada ejercicio es porque la carga de las repeticiones van a ser cada vez más fuerte 💪
    This time I tell you that this training we follow the EMOM protocol where we work in 1 minute of time some repetitions of an exercise or several, in this case we will work 4 exercises and we will do 5 EMOM for each exercise and in total we work 20 minutes of high intensity and the change of each exercise is because the load of repetitions are going to be increasingly stronger 💪.

    Una recomendación sobre este entrenamiento y es el hecho de que al trabajar de manera intensa los musculos del tren inferior hay que ir elevando la exigencia del entrenamiento, pero de forma progresiva, no de golpe ya que no tienes porque entrenar para impresionar, sino para progresar, por eso este tipo de entrenamientos, no son para principiantes🔥🙌
    A recommendation about this training is the fact that when working intensely the muscles of the lower body, you have to increase the demand of the training, but progressively, not all at once because you do not have to train to impress, but to progress, so this type of training is not for beginners🔥🙌.
