Short: Conecta con la Naturaleza

HELLO FRIENDS.

A few days ago I was serious about some clips and I thought about making a short video and today I started to edit my shots about that day of walking, connecting and reflecting without a doubt. Well in a few words I am happy to share my first Short video with you in this one I talk about the importance of connecting with nature especially because we spend a lot of time behind a computer and we lead a very sedentary life most of us who live here in Hive, but the thing is that we should go for a walk even for a while during the day and get some sunlight because it also helps us, on the other hand when we walk we feel that connection with nature and we feel alive. In the video I tell you about a very spiritual person this is Sadhguru.
